2 week agoPresident al-Sharaa held a telephone call with his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron to discuss the latest developments in the region and the comprehensive agreement between the government and the SDF.
Internal security informed dignitaries in the northern Deir ez-Zor countryside today of the necessity to abide by the laws and refrain from firing weapons under any circumstances, under penalty of legal accountability.
Kurdish media outlets announce the name of the officially appointed governor of Hasakah, according to the agreement between the SDF and the Syrian government: Engineer Nour al-Din Omar.
The SDF targeted civilians who tried to leave the villages of al-Qubba and al-Ja'da, which have been under siege for days, in their cars, heading towards the Qara Qozak bridge south of Kobane/Ain al-Arab in the eastern Aleppo countryside.

SDF commander Mazloum Abdi told Kurdish channel Ronahi: The Syrian state will manage government institutions and will leave after the merger is complete.

2 week agoSyrian state news agency, citing a government source, reported that the military and security integration of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) will be implemented on an individual basis within brigades, ensuring that the state assumes control of all civilian and governmental institutions, border crossings, and ports of entry, with no part of the country remaining outside its control.
