The Syrian Army Operations Command told Al-Watan newspaper: "The SDF has brought in reinforcements from the PKK militias from the Qandil Mountains to Hasakah Governorate." The Syrian Army Operations Command added: "The SDF continues to commit widespread violations in the areas under its control through arrests, forced displacement, and torture of anyone who opposes its policies."

1 day agoThe Syrian Foreign Ministry's Director of Arab Affairs: "The SDF is trying to spread rumors regarding the extension of the truce. Extending or ending the truce depends on the SDF's response to the Syrian government's demands. We are trying to achieve balance by prioritizing dialogue. The military buildup around Hasakah is a response to the SDF's mobilization. We have multiple options to stop the bloodshed before resorting to military action."
SDF: "Our forces were subjected today to two separate attacks in the Jazira region, constituting a clear violation of the ceasefire agreement. While our forces have adhered to, and continue to adhere to, the terms of the ceasefire agreement, we affirm that the military preparations undertaken by the Damascus government stand in complete contradiction to its obligations and reveal deliberate efforts to undermine de-escalation and steer the situation toward war instead of political solutions."
