Summary of the "SDF" and "SDC" Meeting: Integration of Military and Security Institutions: Agreement to merge the SDF and security bodies of the Autonomous Administration into the structure of the Syrian Army to unify efforts and strengthen national power. Reactivation of Civil Institutions: Participants agreed to restore state-affiliated civil and service institutions in northern and eastern Syria to ensure the provision of essential services and improve living standards. Withdrawal of Foreign Fighters: Emphasis on the need for all non-Syrian fighters to withdraw from the SDF and the northern and eastern regions of Syria to reinforce national sovereignty and stability.
